Dr Connors is a proud member of the Connors family who have for three generations demonstrated a strong and active commitment to the Mackay community through business ventures and charitable works. Dr Connors is a proud Mackay local who is passionate about bringing advanced specialist General Surgical care to the Mackay region, so that wherever possible, patients under his care do not have to leave our local community to receive exceptional health care

Dr Connors completed his medical studies at the University of Queensland Medical School in Brisbane and as part of his training to become a Consultant General Surgeon, has worked widely throughout Queensland including Mackay Base Hospital, Townsville University Hospital, Cairns Base Hospital, and the Royal Brisbane Women's and Children's Hospital.
