Dr Babatunde Salman
Dr Salman is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in adult hip, knee, shoulder and sport Orthopaedic surgery.
He has been practicing as an Orthopaedic Surgeon since 2009 and has been mentored by world renowned surgeons.
Obtaining his degree from The University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1992, he commenced surgical training in South Africa from mid 1995 to end of December 2000. After migrating to Australia in 2001, he completed his training through the National Orthopaedic Surgical Training Program in NSW, with clinical postings in Sydney and regional NSW.
Dr Salman has worked in several hospitals in Sydney and Wollongong as an Orthopaedic service registrar.
In 2005, he was selected into the Australian Advanced Orthopaedic Surgical training and was awarded his fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2009.
With subsequently obtaining post fellowship training locally in Brisbane and internationally in Belgium, UK and USA.
Dr Salman is actively involved in Continuous Medical Education programs.
